Why don't you warm yourself up with Amazake?March.16,2020
Hello,
The snow that fell a day before yesterday has almost totally melt and our garden became ordinary spring garden.
In our garden, we serve green tea and Japanese sweet "Wagashi" in our tea room for our guests.
A lot of our guests seems to have enjoyed the tea ceremony but did you know that there is another room that serves Japanese traditional drink in our garden?
If you turn right before crossing the bridge, there is a room that serves "Amazake."
Amazake is a traditional Japanese sweet drink normally made from fermented rice or Sake Kasu (Sake lees).
Amazake we serve in our garden is made from Sake Kasu and it is very nutritious.
Please try our Amazake and get warmed.
